This place has been my go-to bagel spot for over 10 years. I love everything here! The selection is awesome and the bagels are really something else!! My favorite is a bagel with chive cream cheese and fresh lox! Furthermore the owners are very nice and are on-site actively helping their employees meet or exceed their customers standards!

Our go to place for local bagels both at work and home! Fresh and healthy bagel varieties! Garlic and herb cream cheese is my favorite.

The food is solid. And so are the people making it. But the owner needs to invest in a credit/debit POS and a bigger toaster.Being cash-only, imposing an ATM fee is a serious drawback. It's like paying for another item. The person working cash register often doubles as coffee prep, and the bottleneck it creates in line is horrendous. Adding a digital payment option would help with the wait times.Another thing adding to wait times: the small, antiquated-looking toaster that gets a large stack of bagels on top of it (the queue) when the place gets busy.

Best bagels in the area, by far. Bill, the owner, is a stickler for good ingredients, and it shows. The cream cheese and lox are much better than what they sell in supermarkets, too. It is cash only, but it does have, of all things, a Bitcoin ATM (along with a regular one). By the way, if you have noticed that some reviews say the service is great while others say it is terrible, that is because the good staff get weekends off and are replaced by high-school kids who are kind of lame but need jobs. Try going on weekdays if you can.

Nice bagel shop in Acton. I only visited twice and got a sesame bagel as-is and an orange juice both times. The bagels are very good. They don't take credit cards and the lady was nice enough to spot me when I was about 50 cents short of cash.

Best bagels bakery around. Not quite like New York bagels, but close. Their cream cheese and lox is delicious too. Note, it is a cash only place.

Bagels are ok, but service on a Sunday morning was terrible! Sleep deprived grumpy tednagers serving can't even get the order right and give you an attitude if you conplain!! Go elsewhere on a Sunday morning!

Great Bagels. Reviews about snarly help are not completely accurate. I had 2 young people give me very pleasant service.

Food is fine. Business is cash only. Also staffed entirely by unmanaged young high school students. Service is slow and unprofessional. Signage is very poor, menu is not well put together.

Bagels Plus has been my go-to for bagels for 15+ years. They are a popular spot but always well staffed so you move through and get your order quickly. Their bagels are the best around. The selection is vast and always fresh. They also offer breakfast sandwiches (which I hear are great). They seem to get a lot of take-out traffic but there is indoor seating for those that wish to dine-in. Coffee is good and they also make "real" cappuccinos. Give them a try and I bet they will soon become your go-to stop as well.

Great bagels and coffee. Pretty busy on weekend mornings. They _usually_ get the orders right, but once in a while there is a flub. Cash only, but they have an ATM.They have soft drinks and coffee, some milk options for kids but unfortunately no juice.

Good food, but my orders haven't been right either time I've gone and it seemed like nobody knew what was going on. Would go back if they up their process around ordering / ringing up customers accurately

Bagels are great but they have no system for how people pay and most of standing around right next to each other. It’s very frustrating.

The best bagels in the area. Nothing beats their warm, fresh bagels with a good helping of one of their many hand-blended cream cheeses. Add some amazing Lox to take it to the next level.

Amazing fresh made bagels! Many times they are still warm from the oven. They make them into delicious breakfast sandwiches or toasted with various schmeers. Good coffee also.

No nonsense bagel place. Reasonable prices with quick service. Good selection of bagels with traditional flavors. My only complaint is that the bagels are a little lighter than I'd prefer, but still good.

My coworker brought in some of these this morning and these bagels are so good!! You can tell they are boiled because of their soft chewy texture. The best kind. Cream cheese is very good as well. Very fresh.

Awesome bagels, breakfast sandwiches and friendly staff. Slight downside due to the fact that they do not take debit/credit cards(ATM inside the establishment though) and having to deal with the uppity clientele.
